American Security Escrow provides escrow protection for consumers who use service contractors & 1031 exchanges protection for real estate transactions. When a customer executes a contract with a service contractor, American Security Escrow holds the money while the work contracted is completed.

• We verify cleared funds for the contractor.
• We verify the contractor is licensed and insured (if required)
• Verify the permits required for the work to be done were pulled (if required)
• Verify the work has passed inspection.

Upon completion and a passed inspection funds are dispersed to the service contractor according to the signed contract between the customer and service contractor.
