Morgan brings to Habitat Broward foundational knowledge about home lending, loan underwriting and mortgage structure as well as a deep in-depth understanding of Broward County’s philanthropic muscle and nonprofit expertise. She is a member of Arc Broward’s Business Advisory Council and Canine Assisted Therapies Advisory Council.

“We are building the A-team required to lead our community through the affordable workplace housing crisis,” said Nancy Robin, Habitat Broward CEO & Executive Director. “Justine will develop the private and public partnerships crucial to the economic empowerment hard-working families achieve through home ownership.”

Prior to Habitat Broward, Morgan served as Charitable Funds Director at the Community Foundation of Broward where she led client relations to achieve the philanthropic goals of high-net-worth individuals, families, private sector organizations, civic groups, and community leaders.

Morgan also has extensive experience in loan origination, underwriting and compliance. While at Wells Fargo and WCS Lending, Morgan helped struggling families navigate financial difficulty through loan modifications. A Florida native, Morgan graduated from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and Management.
